Every Social Distancing Strip in the Morrisons Building

by Colin Pantall from Bath, England

This series of grids of images was made whilst waiting to be served in Morrisons Supermarket, Bath, England. Each picture was taken on different social isolating strips marked in the supermarket. The pictures both encapsulate the restraint of the pandemic, the queuing and waiting that are the hallmarks of socially distanced shopping, as well as the industrialized nature of our food industry, the way in which food is made, marketed and sold in modified and distorted forms from the fish counter to the freezer section.
